Tonight I launched the new look for mplsbikepolo.com, something I’ve been working on for a while. It’s mostly just cosmetic for now, although I’ve set up the framework for some tournament-related backend stuff for the near future.

Having oEmbed built in to Wordpress 2.9 makes inserting content from social media sites easy. WP filter hooks allow you to modify the output (to add title or license information, for example), but data is cached so using filter hooks to process the data may result in unexpected behavior.

You’re just going to have to upgrade or deal with it. But if you’re having problems, I’d like to know. Send me your stats and a screen shot.
